Click and type, right on the board
Click a client or a description and type; Enter or clicking away saves it. So you keep the board up to date while you look at it.

Edit where it is
You change client and description on the board itself. Tab takes you from the client to the description, and as soon as you save, your colleagues see it.
A new project in one click
With New in a section, an empty row appears at the top and you type the description right away. You fill in the client next to it.
Status, owner and completing
Pick status and owner from a short list. Done? One click on complete takes the project off the board, and Undo puts it back.
Subtasks as a checklist
Break a project into steps: you open the checklist from the row. On the board you see straight away how far along it is, for example 2/5.
