The difference between Start and Pro

Start gives you one workspace, Pro as many as you like. Useful if you run several brands or companies and want to keep them apart, on one bill. Otherwise the plans are identical.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when the trial ends?

Everything stays visible and you can export it. You just cannot change anything until you pick a plan. If you still have no subscription 90 days after it ends, we delete your workspaces and everything in them, and we email you before we do. The trial runs for 30 days and starts with your first project, or a week after you sign up at the latest.

Do my clients or freelancers cost money too?

No. You only pay for people who can log in. You can assign a task to someone without an account, a client or a freelancer for example, as often as you like and at no cost. And someone who is in two workspaces counts once.

What if my team grows or shrinks?

The price follows: inviting someone adds €4.00 per month, removing someone takes the same off, and the difference is settled straight away. There is no ceiling to run into and no plan you have to upgrade to.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. Cancel any month, with no notice period. Choose yearly and you get 20% off the whole year.

Can I switch between Start and Pro later?

Yes, at any time, and you only pay the difference over the remaining period. Going from Pro back to Start works as long as you are using just one workspace. Otherwise you would lose one.

All amounts are exclusive of VAT. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel as of the effective date.
