Every request on one board
Does the request come from a client or from a department? The requester is the client of the project, so the board shows at once who each press release or event is for.
One overview every morning
Today shows what is overdue and what is due this week. Is a piece out for approval? Move it to the Waiting section and it appears under Waiting on client, with how many days it has been idle.
Everyone sees the same board
Invite a colleague with one email. When someone changes a status, owner or deadline, the others see it straight away, without refreshing.
See who did what
Owners and admins see under Settings, day by day, who created, completed or deleted a project, and who changed its name, client, deadline, status or owner.
