Etapo is a simple board and it stays that way. Below is what is coming, what arrived recently, and what we deliberately leave out.

Switching plans, with a confirmation first
With a running subscription you see what the switch costs before you confirm it.
Keep working when a payment fails
While your bank retries the payment, your board keeps working.
Easier tapping on your phone
Bigger buttons and fields on a touchscreen.

Klariq is now Etapo
New name, new address: etapo.io. Old links and bookmarks forward you automatically; you only log in once more.

A notice when a new version is ready
When a new version is ready you get a notice. One click on Refresh and you carry on.

Invoicing keeps track of itself
Turn on invoice tracking, and finished work sits under Invoicing until it is paid, or until you mark that no invoice is needed.

Your own sections
Owners and admins choose the name, colour and order of the sections per workspace, and turn sections on or off.

Change your email address
You do that yourself now, under Settings.

Invite colleagues in one step
Your colleague gets one email, picks a password and is on the board straight away.

A checklist per task
Put a list with tick boxes under a task.

See what colleagues do, as they do it
When a colleague changes something, you see it straight away, without refreshing.

Every extra feature is also an extra decision for you. We considered these, built some of them, and left them out.

Priority and labels. Sections like Urgent already do that, with one choice instead of three.
Seeing who else is looking. You see changes live, but no avatars moving across the board.
Two people typing in the same field. That belongs in a word processor, not on a task board.
